Information
Rules
General terms:
Modern Bet accepts sports tickets only on markets displayed in the application at the time the ticket is confirmed. By placing a ticket, the customer accepts these rules, the market wording, the displayed stake, the accepted odds, and the settlement status shown in the ticket history.
Account use:
Accounts are intended for individual use by customers of legal gambling age in their location. The operator may request identity, address, payment, or source-of-funds information before enabling deposits, withdrawals, large settlements, or account changes.
Ticket acceptance:
A ticket is accepted only after it appears in account history with a unique ticket reference. Selections in the bet slip are not reserved. Odds, availability, market status, and maximum stake may change until the final confirmation is processed.
Pre-match settlement:
Pre-match markets are settled from official competition results at the end of regular time unless the market title clearly states another period, statistic, or condition. Extra time, penalties, walkovers, abandoned periods, and shortened formats are included only when the market wording says so.
Live Betting:
Live markets are accepted as price snapshots. The match, market, selection, odds, stake, and acceptance time are stored in the ticket history, even if the live feed changes immediately after confirmation. A short delay may apply before live tickets are accepted.
Singles and multiples:
A single contains one selection. A multiple contains selections from different matches, and the total odds are calculated by multiplying accepted prices. Returned selections are settled at odds 1.00 and do not count as won or lost legs.
Voids and errors:
Cancelled, postponed, abandoned, duplicated, incorrectly priced, unavailable, or technically corrupted events may be returned at odds 1.00. If a market label conflicts with official event data, the operator may void the affected selection to protect settlement accuracy.
Limits and controls:
Minimum stake, maximum stake, maximum payout, market availability, and account limits may vary by sport, league, event, customer, and risk profile. The final accepted stake and possible return are always visible before and after ticket placement.
Wallet operations:
Deposits, withdrawals, adjustments, and settlements are recorded as wallet ledger entries. Withdrawal requests may be delayed while account checks, open tickets, payment verification, or security reviews are completed.
Withdrawal fees:
Withdrawals to online payment systems carry a 14% processing commission. The commission is calculated from the withdrawal amount and must be paid separately before the withdrawal review can be started. If the commission amount is not paid exactly as shown, processing may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.
Complaints:
Customers should contact support with the ticket reference, match name, market name, and settlement question. Reviews are handled from stored ticket data, provider results, market rules, and internal audit records.
