How do I create an account?

Open Create account, enter your name, e-mail address, country, city, and password, then confirm that you are of legal age. After registration you can sign in, manage the wallet, place tickets, and view account history.

How do I add funds?

Open Balance, enter the deposit amount, and confirm. The wallet balance updates immediately and the operation appears in the balance history with the time and amount.

How do I request a withdrawal?

Open Balance, enter the withdrawal amount, and confirm. The amount is removed from available balance and recorded as a withdrawal request. Processing may require account or payment checks.

How do I place a pre-match ticket?

Open Sports, choose a sport, league, match, and market, then click an odds button. The selection appears in the bet slip. Enter the stake, check the possible return, and place the ticket.

How do I place a live ticket?

Open Live Betting, choose a live event, and click the live price you want. Only one selection from the same match can be kept in the live slip at the same time. Enter the stake and confirm.

Why did my odds change?

Odds can move before confirmation, especially in live betting. The ticket history shows the exact odds accepted. If the market changes before the ticket is placed, the bet slip displays the new value or removes the unavailable selection.

What is the difference between live and pre-game tickets?

Pre-game tickets use the imported line stored in the database. Live tickets are accepted directly from the live feed as snapshots. Ticket history marks them separately.

Why can a match disappear?

Sports, leagues, and matches without active prices are hidden from public lists. This keeps the line clean and prevents users from opening empty markets.

Where can I see my tickets?

Open Tickets from the account menu. Filters separate live, pre-game, won, lost, returned, and open tickets, so settlement history stays easy to audit.

Why do live odds update every few seconds?

Live markets move constantly. The page refreshes event lists and selected match prices while the Live Betting page is open, then stores only accepted ticket snapshots in account history.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the allowed settlement window, or listed with incorrect data, affected selections may be returned at odds 1.00.

Who do I contact about a settlement?

Contact support with the ticket reference, sport, match, market, selection, and the exact question. The review is based on stored ticket data and official event results.
